What type of Homelift is better for villa Homelifts, and what are the prices?
Family villa homelifts, according to the driving mode, are divided into screw type, traction type and hydraulic type.
Screw Homelift because of its safety and no need for a bottom pit shaft, transparent and beautiful, is loved by many consumers, so generally villas below 6 floors are recommended to install screw Homelifts.
Price This piece we will give you a quotation according to your configuration, floor height, size and size, compared with the traditional traction Homelift, the screw Homelift price will be a little higher, but it is worth the money. First, screw Homelifts are better in safety and aesthetics, second, the service life of traditional Homelifts is generally 10-15 years, and the service life of screw Homelifts is generally about 30 years. Third, screw Homelifts only need to be maintained once a year, while traditional traction Homelifts are maintained 3-4 times a year. So it’s better to consider it comprehensively.
How much does the Homelift load and how many people can it carry?
At present, according to the domestic household Homelift regulations, we have launched two specifications of products, which are rated load of 250 kg and 400 kg, corresponding to 3-4 people and 4-6 people. Our sales staff will recommend the most suitable size and specification for you according to the size of the room type in your home.
What is a sightseeing Homelift, is it better to choose a glass hoistway or a steel plate hoistway for an Homelift?
The Homelift with transparent glass outer frame shaft is called a sightseeing Homelift.
The standard configuration of Housty homelift is a glass hoistway, which can present a three-sided sightseeing effect. However, what kind of matching to do depends on the location of the Homelift installation and the design of the Homelift and the entire home.
What is the difference between screw elevator, traction elevator, strong drive elevator and hydraulic elevator?
At present, the mainstream home elevator structure on the market is traction elevator, strong drive elevator, screw elevator, elevator hydraulic elevator, each of them has its own advantages, but also has its own disadvantages.
Traction elevator, its main component structure is to drive the motor through the wire rope to pull the car and the weight, so as to realize the elevator rise or fall. Its advantage is that the running speed can be done very fast, and the running effect can also be very smooth. However, its main disadvantages are: First, the traction elevator occupies a relatively large space. Second, the installation of the traction elevator has high requirements for civil construction, and it is necessary to dig a bottom pit and sufficient top floor height. Third, the safety of the traction elevator needs high-frequency maintenance to guarantee, when there is no maintenance or overhaul in accordance with the regulations, it is easy to have the wire rope break or the car slip, resulting in falling ladders or cutting and pinching.
Strong drive elevator is a kind of traction elevator, its advantage is that there is no heavy iron, so the utilization rate of the hoistway is high, and the same size of the hoistway is larger than the traction elevator car area. The disadvantage is that the driving method is forced drive, and the principle of the hoist, there is no borrowing part when driving, and the power requirements for the host are relatively large, about 4 times the energy consumption of the traction elevator, high energy consumption and high noise. In addition, the wire rope and brake of the strong drive elevator are always in a state of working fatigue, and long-term in this situation will form a safety hazard, and the wire rope and brake must be checked and replaced regularly.
Screw elevator, it is driven by the drive motor to drive the nut on the screw forward or reverse, so as to realize the rise or fall of the platform. Its advantage is to ensure that the elevator will not fall from the structure, and the space utilization rate of the screw elevator is relatively high. Its disadvantage is that it cannot run at too high a speed (at present, according to regulations, the screw elevator speed can be 0.3m/s), and during operation, because the motor is moving with the platform, there is a certain noise that can be felt on the platform.
Hydraulic elevator, its main structure is a hydraulic cylinder, by controlling the direction and flow of hydraulic oil to provide power, so that the car rises or falls. Its advantage is that it can provide very large power for the car, and the rated load of the hydraulic elevator will be relatively large, and it can even achieve a rated load of one or two tons. But its disadvantages are also obvious, in long-term use of the hydraulic pump seal ring is easy to damage and lead to oil leakage, which in the later use once the oil leakage will cause difficult to repair completely or the construction site is very chaotic. Hydraulic elevators are mainly used in industrial scenes and places where the on-site sanitary conditions are not high.
What is after-sales maintenance like? How often is it serviced?
