6-Head Screw Drive
Powered by a Swedish-engineered 6-head helical screw system. The structure is safe and reliable, with a maximum speed of 0.3M/S. It ensures smooth operation with no risk of free fall.
SSID Smart Control System
An intelligent touch-screen control panel enables fault warning and detection, speed settings, maintenance reminders, and more. The software supports lifetime OTA upgrades free of charge.
Next-Generation Hovering Brake System
By injecting direct current, the system actively engages the brake. This reduces brake wear, enhances safety, and significantly lowers braking noise.
Backup Battery
Even during a power outage, our home elevator operates on a backup battery, ensuring a safe descent to the ground floor. It also provides 24-hour continuous emergency lighting.
Emergency Call Telephone System
The cabin is equipped with a SIM-based emergency calling system. Pressing the call button automatically dials a preset emergency contact. Up to 9 emergency contacts can be programmed.
Energy-Efficient and Stable Motor
The drive unit adopts a three-phase asynchronous motor, ensuring high precision and operational stability while reducing energy consumption. Certified by TÜV Rheinland.
